What we collect
The quote form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), Emirate, the product you are interested in and your project details. We receive only what you type.
If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send through that channel.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts.
How the form is delivered
Form submissions are sent through Formspree, a form-handling service, which forwards them to our email. Formspree processes the submission to deliver it to us.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and supply, install and support the system you order. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle the enquiry and any work that follows, and for any record-keeping the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@saspumps.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version and its date will appear on this page.
